From June 11 to 13, the 18th International Photovoltaic Power Generation & Energy Storage Technology and Equipment Conference & Exhibition (SNEC PV+ 2025) will soon take place in Shanghai. As a leader in the PV and solar industry, Stäubli Electrical Connectors and Stäubli Robotics invite you to visit our booth 160 in Hall 7.2, National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai).
Original MC4, Trustworthy
To ensure long-term high returns for photovoltaic power plants, in addition to selecting experienced project partners, reliable and high-quality components are also necessary. With the proven MUTILAM patented electrical connection technology, Stäubli photovoltaic connectors offer ultra-low contact resistance. During operation, they maintain a low and stable temperature increase, while high-quality insulation provides reliable protection, ensuring safe, long-term, stable, and efficient connections for photovoltaic systems. This reduces operational and maintenance costs, decreases potential losses due to fires and downtime checks, and ensures power plant profitability.
At SNEC 2025, We will showcase the classic series of original MC4 as well as new products MC4-Evo 1 and copper-aluminum connectors. Additionally, you will learn about Stäubli Electrical Connectors' solutions in related industries, such as power transmission and distribution, energy storage, and E-mobility on site.
TS2-40 SCARA robots
Stäubli Robotics will exhibite a dual TS2-40 robots demo in PV string welding application. The dual robots single-grasp solution achieves a capacity of up to 9,000 pieces per hour. With its patented JCS gear box, TS2-40 guarantees high speed and rigidity, precise dynamic positioning, and minimal battery exposure (less than 0.1mm). It features a low failure rate, long lifespan, and low maintenance costs, meeting the SIL3-PLe highest safety standards.
TX2-90L 6-axis robots
Equipped with patented JCS gear box and JCM drive systems for PECVD application, TX2-90L robot exceeds 9,000 pieces per hour in capacity. It excels in speed, rigidity, and precision, with a very low breakage and scratch rate, balancing safety and cost effectiveness.
Safe and Efficient
Stäubli TX2 robots work both for, and with, people. SafeCell safety function, exclusive to six-axis robots, automatically slows or halts operation when personnel are nearby, resuming once they leave. It supports safe limit speed , Safe stop, Safe zone and custom safe tool, boosting productivity while ensuring safety.
We warmly invite you to join us at Booth B160, Hall 7.2, to experience leading-edge technologies and explore new directions for PV energy storage industry advancements.
